Bella Tahoe catered our 80 person wedding made my day so easy! Everyone was easy to work with, organized and on-time, thoughtful in preparation. A few of the staff sought me out to make sure I, 'the bride', had a chance to try everything and Candace approached us personally to make sure everything was going well- which it was! And as for the best part, the food! Bella Tahoe's cooking is superb- she uses high quality ingredients and it shows. Flavors are distinct without being over-powering and everything was cooked to perfection - no soggy vegetables or over-cooked meats! All out guests raved about the food for a few days following!
